Disputes

All disputes we aim to respond and have resolved within 10 working days.

Returns policy:

All items that are personalised are exempt from returns. 

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will provide you with tracking information which we will have access to. Along with any damage claims you must provide us with photographic evidence of the packaging as it arrived, and the contents, we will then claim with our shipping partner for compensation.

We aim to have all issues resolved as quickly as we can, however these can sometimes take slightly longer when liasing with our shipping partners.
